I love this pretty dress!

I love this dress. It’s so flowy, cool and easy to wear. I especially love the puffy sleeves… my arms are a bit on the chunky (!) side so these sleeves are perfect … very flattering. I can’t wait to wear this dress on my cruise next month!

Sadly I am unable to rate this dress

Sadly I am unable to rate this dress. I made an order was advised that it was out of stock and did I wish to wait for the restocked item. I did not as I was leaving for holiday and advised the sales team accordingly. Annoyingly whilst I was away the dress arrived although they had accepted my email cancelling.

The dress is now on its way back to Australia at my expense as Customer Service is not responding to my emails, although at the beginning of the problem they were very polite and helpful - no returns label was provided. It is very disappointing as I have bought several dresses from this company and enjoyed wearing them. This review should not be here, and I should have been refunded.
