RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINEWe want you to love your online purchase from River Goddess!You can receive either store credit or refund for full priced items that are returned due to incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit, or style of the item. We do not offer refunds for sale items but store credit is available.If you choose to receive store credit on any full-priced item, we will credit you an extra $15.00 on your next purchase! Otherwise, the refund option is available.Returns are accepted within 21 days from the date of purchase. Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.Condition of returned goodsItems must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. However we do offer exchange or an store/online credit for returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must still be in the same condition as purchased with original tags still in place and proof of purchase must be presented.Shipping-AU and NZ orders over $200 receive free express shipping.Shipping on AU and NZ orders under $200 is a flat rate of $8.50. Standard shipping to all major cities is 3-5 business days. Expect delays due to COVID19.Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates regarding the progress of your delivery.
International shipping on all orders is a flat rate of $15 for standard service and express $20.

CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
