RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE

We want you to love your online purchase from River Goddess!
You can receive either store credit or refund for full priced items that are returned due to incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit, or style of the item. We do not offer refunds for sale items ( this includes sale codes) but store credit is available.
If you choose to receive store credit on any full-priced item, we will credit you an extra AUD$15.00 on your next purchase! Otherwise, the refund option is available. 
Returns are accepted strictly within 21 days from the date of purchase and 28 days for international orders from the date of purchase. Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer. 
Condition of returned goods
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
 How to return an item
Email us at admin@rivergoddess.co, letting us know of the reason for returning, whether you would prefer store credit or refund (refund only applies to full priced items), the order number, and the tracking number.

Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and if not damaged, we will either refund you or give you store credit. We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Postage is to be paid by the customer.

 Faulty Items
We inspect each item carefully before sending out to our customers. If you receive a garment with a manufacturing fault our team will provide you with a replacement garment should one be available and if not a refund will be provided.
All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of River Goddess.
Pre-orders
Pre- orders can't be returned for a refund, we allow only exchange or store credit. Please note that the pre-orders can be delayed sometimes.
 
 RETURNS POLICY FOR PURCHASES IN OUR RETAIL STORE
For any purchases made at our shop in Cairns and Port Douglas, Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. However we do offer exchange or an store/online credit for returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must still be in the same condition as purchased with original tags still in place and proof of purchase must be presented.
Shipping-
AU and NZ orders over AUD$200 receive free express shipping.
Standard shipping to all major cities is 3-5 business days. 
Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive updates regarding the progress of your delivery.
       INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
        International shipping on all orders is a flat rate of AUD$15 for standard service and express is AUD$20. 
       Standard shipping to all major cities (Australia Post) is about 6-10 business days and express (DHL) is about 3-5 business days. Please note- this timeframe is an estimate and not a gurantee.
      CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
       Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
      For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
