All tags and packaging must remain in place. Faulty ItemsWe inspect each item carefully before sending out to our customers. If you receive a garment with a manufacturing fault our team will provide you with a replacement garment should one be available and if not a refund will be provided.All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of River Goddess.Pre-ordersPre- orders can't be returned for a refund, we allow only exchange or store credit. Please note that the pre-orders can be delayed sometimes.Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. This includes cancellations, size adjustments, or swapping items. Standard shipping to all major cities (Australia Post) is about 6-10 business days and express (DHL) is about 3-5 business days. Please note- this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY

For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
