Returns & Shipping
For any returns enquiries, please contact us at customercare@rivergoddess.co. We have a US warehouse for US customers and an Australian warehouse for the rest of the world.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase from River Goddess.
- Full-priced items are eligible for either a refund or store credit.
- Sale items, items purchased using discount codes, pre-orders, and “Last Chance” items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Store credit includes an extra AUD $15 bonus credit on full-priced returns.
Returns must be lodged within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Please allow 10–14 days for your return to be inspected and processed from the date your parcel is received at our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- unworn and unwashed
- in original condition
- with all tags attached
How to Return
Please email customercare@rivergoddess.co with:
- your order number
- reason for return
- preference for refund or store credit
- return tracking number
Once received, returns will undergo a quality check before refund or store credit is issued.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. If available, a replacement will be provided; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
We recommend sending all returns via registered post, as River Goddess is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Order Changes
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes, cancellations, size swaps, or item exchanges.
International Shipping
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–5 business days
