Otherwise, the refund option is available.Returns are accepted strictly within 21 days from the date of purchase and 28 days for international orders from the date of purchase. Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.Condition of returned goodsItems must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.How to return an itemEmail us at customercare@rivergoddess.co, letting us know of the reason for returning, whether you would prefer store credit or refund (refund only applies to full priced items), the order number, and the tracking number.

We do not refund shipping charges unless your items are faulty. Postage is to be paid by the customer.
Faulty ItemsWe inspect each item carefully before sending out to our customers. If you receive a garment with a manufacturing fault our team will provide you with a replacement garment should one be available and if not a refund will be provided.All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of River Goddess.Pre-ordersPre- orders can't be returned for a refund, we allow only exchange or store credit. Please note that the pre-orders can be delayed sometimes.Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make any changes. This includes cancellations, size adjustments, or swapping items. However, rest assured we offer a flexible returns policy if your order isn’t right for you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard shipping to all major cities (Australia Post) is about 6-10 business days and express (DHL) is about 3-5 business days. Please note- this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
