We want you to love your online purchase from River Goddess!
You can receive either store credit or refund for full priced items that are returned due to incorrect size purchased, dislike of fit, or style of the item. We do not offer refunds for sale items ( this includes sale codes) but store credit is available.
If you choose to receive store credit on any full-priced item, we will credit you an extra AUD$15.00 on your next purchase! Otherwise, the refund option is available.
Returns are accepted strictly within 21 days from the date of purchase and 28 days for international orders from the date of purchase. Cost of return shipping is to be paid by the customer.
Condition of returned goods
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags and packaging must remain in place. We suggest that all items should be tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within our returns timeframe.
How to return an item
Email us at customercare@rivergoddess.co, letting us know of the reason for returning, whether you would prefer store credit or refund (refund only applies to full priced items), the order number, and the tracking number.

Once your return has been received, it will undergo a quality review. If the item is approved and in its original condition, we will issue either a refund or store credit.
Faulty Items
We inspect each item carefully before sending out to our customers. If you receive a garment with a manufacturing fault our team will provide you with a replacement garment should one be available and if not a refund will be provided.
All returns should be sent via registered post. Returned items lost in the post are not the responsibility of River Goddess.
Pre-orders
Pre- orders can't be returned for a refund, we allow only exchange or store credit. Please note that the pre-orders can be delayed sometimes.
Once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes to it. This includes cancellations, size changes, or item swaps.
If your purchase isn’t quite right, we offer a flexible returns policy to make the process as easy as possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Standard shipping to all major cities (Australia Post) is about 6-10 business days and express (DHL) is about 3-5 business days. Please note- this timeframe is an estimate and not a guarantee.
CURRENCY, TAXES AND DUTY
Please note that all payments made on this site are in Australian Dollars.
For orders being shipped within Australia, prices are inclusive of GST.
International customers are responsible for any local taxes and duties. Express International orders are more likely to attract Customs and Duty charges while Standard International is delivered through the post system and generally avoids these charges. We do not accept returns due to the recipient being charged customs fees or duties.
We are legally required to declare total value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice with all international orders.
